Looked Outside

I just looked outside and it's snowing.

Cold Weather

Well as January comes to a close I am getting ancy for some warm weather. It was 50 degrees the other day and that didn't help at all. I know it's winter butspring comes so early here and to mak matters worse I just found a great hiking trail that I hav never been down. I am curious to go and let the boys ride thier bikes. Next time it hits fifty we are going for a ride.

Well yesterday was a great day. Ifinally got a couple hours with my husband. It was great. We went out for lunch and than ran some errsnds. There was really nothing to special for us except that w got to enjoy each others company without interuptionsand it was so easy to run arround. The children had a blast too. I heard all night about ho muh fun Grammie and Grnadpa are. Grammie played nd sung songs and Grandpa helped build one of the boys toys from Chirstmas. I think Grandpa and Grammie had fun too. Thank you to both of them.

Jaedo got ready for Grammie and Grandpa by drinking Hot Cocoa.

Life seems so Hectic

Life seems so hectic sometimes. Jeremys new job has been great. He only works four days a week so we enjoy the three day weekends. It is going very well. He is good at what he does and has even begun helping people when they are struggling. Jeremy's classes are going well too. He goes five days a week but the class seem easy enough. The teachers he has this semester seem to be teaching his style and he's having fun. The rest of us are having fun. We haven't gone to school this week or accomplished a lot but I have enjoyed having them home. The only bad thing has been that the flu has rotated itself through. the kids. Kaylee started it gave it to Jaedon and then JJ. Everyone is better now though and were even considering going out this weekend. I have been busy too. I have discovered hat I can read while I am nursing, something the boys never let me do. I have really enjoyed it. I have read through all of Jane Austins works and the twilight saga, including the first part of book five. I am also 8 books into another series called night world and have a couple of other lined up after that. I also painted the boys bathroom. It is a nice vibrant blue. I like it. It works well with the penguin theme I have going in there. I will have to take pictures and post them soon. Hope everyone is well and I'll be back soon.

Fluke

Today was a fluke day in the middle of winter. We have had snow on the ground for four weeks and I have been happy when the wind chill was above freezing. I went outside this mornng and noticed that it was not as cold asnormal. By 11:30 I realized I wasn't cold and on my way to volunteer in JJ's class I looked at the thermomter to find it was 53 degrees. Ya. So the boys and Kaylee and I went for a jog. I ran with the stroller and the boys rode thier bikes. We all loved it. I cannot wait for spring to come.

Back to Life

The holidays are over and life is beginning to get back to normal. I miss the consistent company from family and friends but I am so glad to be back on a regular schedule. Last week JJ and Jaedon started back up on school. It was my turn to teach Jaedons school so the week seemed to go by more quickly and was more fun than normal. JJ absolutely adores being back in school. I have enjoyed taking him and volunteering again. Jeremy is back to school as well. He started classes on Monday. He has Bowling, Math and History. He is really excited about his classes and has confidence he will be able to complete them. I am really happy for him. He also started a new job. He is with the same company only doing more of what he wants. Jaedon is doing well. His hair has finally grown out enough for him to get a hair cut and even it all out. Kaylee is as always a bundle of joy. She is crawling and getting into everything. She is also standing on her own and taking steps while holding on to stuff. Life is great!

Hair Cut

Yesterday I went for it. I have a serious prejudice against parents who don't cut little girls hair because they think they will look like a boy. The hair can be in their face and sorely uneven but everyone knows they are a girl. Well not me I like having a clean cut look. So I went for it I cut Kayle's hair. Trimmed really. I just cut the hairs from her face and eyes and the few that were reaching her nose. She sees really happy and itches her face less often.
